By installing or using the PriceLens Chrome extension or visiting pricelens.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and stop using our services.

2. Description of Service

PriceLens is a free browser extension that automatically compares product prices across multiple online retailers when you visit an Amazon product page. The service includes:

90-day price history charts

Affiliate links to third-party retailers

3. Free Service

PriceLens is provided free of charge to all users. We do not charge subscription fees, one-time fees, or any other fees for using the extension. The service is sustained through affiliate partnerships — if you make a purchase via a PriceLens link, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

4. Accuracy of Price Information

Prices are fetched in real time from third-party APIs and retailer websites. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that prices displayed are always current or correct. Prices may change between the time we fetch them and when you visit the retailer. Always verify the final price at checkout before completing a purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension
Use automated means to scrape data from our service
Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security features of PriceLens
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Redistribute or resell the extension or its data

The PriceLens name, logo, extension code, and website content are the intellectual property of EDUTECH WISE - FZCO. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDUTECH WISE - FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PriceLens, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the PriceLens service at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PriceLens after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
